You will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your billing portal. AI model API costs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) are separate and billed directly by the provider to your account.

What is included in the base subscription?
The $60/month base includes one user seat and full access to all Crew Chat platform features — agents, scheduling, knowledge libraries, audit logging, and multi-model support.
Are AI model API costs included?
No. AI model usage (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, etc.) is billed directly to your own API account by the provider. Crew Chat connects to your API keys — we do not mark up or bundle model costs.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes. Seat changes are managed through the Stripe billing portal and take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact us if you need assistance.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Crew Chat is billed monthly with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid billing period.
