About the Group

A small group, focused on serious work.

Curonian Group is a holding company for software products and consulting services aimed at organisations that take their operations seriously. We are not chasing scale for its own sake. We build things that we would want to use ourselves, and advise on problems we have actually lived through.

The name comes from the Curonians, a Baltic people whose history sits behind the parent entity. It is meant to signal a long view, an independent streak and a preference for substance over noise.

What We Believe

Principles that run through everything we build.

I
Substance over noise
Most software is over-marketed and under-built. We would rather have a quieter brand and a better product. The same goes for consulting work.
II
AI as a tool, not a slogan
We use AI where it creates real leverage. We are honest about where it does not. The phrase AI-powered is not a strategy.
III
Long-term ownership
The group is built to compound. Products we launch are products we intend to run for years, not flip. Clients we engage are relationships we expect to keep.
IV
Founders doing the work
No pyramid model. The people you meet are the people who build the product or run the engagement. End to end.
V
Independent by design
No external investors. No vendor referral arrangements. We answer to clients and users, not a board chasing a multiple.
VI
Built to be trusted
Whether software or advice, the test is the same: would we stake our own name on it. If not, we do not ship it.
The Group

How Curonian is structured.

A parent entity housing three operating lines. Software products under their own brands, an enterprise platform business, and a consulting practice that informs both.
